Our return policy goes like this; We will refund 100% of your custom grillz purchase, upon request, if the grillz has not been made and your order is less than 30 days old. There are no returns or credits issued for completed grillz or special custom designed Jewelry. Custom jewelry are items not available on our website that were designed specifically for you. Grillz are sold as it is without warranties of any kind. Due to the nature of this product, no returns or exchanges are allowed so please be aware of that prior to ordering. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of these grillz including but not limited to incidental, punitive or accidental damages.

Alternative Gold Alloy (AGA) is a dental alloy. It's NOT gold, which mean it doesn't contain any gold, this specially formulated metal has just the right mixture of composition that it give a strong gold color similar to 14k to 18k yellow gold. It doesn't need any type of gold plating whatsoever but we can if you'd like at an extra charge.
